Simon's Seat View in Skipton, North Yorkshire was a pleasant surprise during our recent getaway. the apartment was cozy and equipped with all the essentials, including a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave. the bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We were delighted to find that the property offered free private parking and a garden to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. the location was ideal for hiking enthusiasts like us, with plenty of trails to explore right from the doorstep. the nearby attractions, such as Ripley Castle and Royal Hall Theatre, were also within easy reach. the host, Matt and Val, gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the large cinema screen with a selection of DVDs to choose from. Although we didn't have time to watch a movie, the thought was appreciated. We also enjoyed the short walk to the local pub, the Craven Arms, where we savored delicious food and drinks. the surrounding hills provided a picturesque backdrop, adding to the charm of our experience. Overall, Simon's Seat View was a delightful choice for our weekend break. the blend of modern amenities, stunning views, and friendly hosts made our stay memorable. We would definitely consider returning for another relaxing retreat in the future.
